My Story
Girl Dad - Coach - Mentor - Life Learner
I'm a father of three girls.
One is a college volleyball player.
I've been around sports (including volleyball) my whole life. I’m also a certified personal trainer.
I spent over 5 years working for a division 2 football program gaining experience about the college sports landscape. I understand the commitment and expectations of college athletes in the classroom, in the locker room and on the court/field.
Being a 3 sport athlete in highschool, a current runner and a "student" of fitness, I know what it's like to put in the work to get results.
I coach club volleball locally in Massachusettes.
While working with my daughter through the recruiting process I became a student of the process and took copious notes.
During the process with my daughter and beyond, I have counseled many more families and players during their journey. That made me realize that the expensive "factory" recruiting companies aren't a fit for everyone.

Testimonials
As parents, we were happy our daughter wanted to see Mark for training. It was not forced by us, but something she was excited to do and looks forward to each week. His positivity is contagious and his knowledge of volleyball and the recruiting process is comforting. He pushes our daughter to be a stronger and better player in a positive way. He truly cares for the athletes and wants them all to succeed. If your kid wants “it”, Mark will get them there.
